The foolproof solution to rid your home of flies: addressing the issue.

Fortunately, you have reliable DIY solutions at your disposal. These are simple, natural remedies that are both convenient and eco-friendly, offering an optimal resolution to the issue at hand.
To be specific, there are four types of traps that you can create yourself to eliminate the bothersome presence of flies in your home. Below, you’ll find valuable information on how to make them.
The foolproof trap for their eliminatiion
The initial trap relies on the utilization of apple cider vinegar.

The flies are irresistibly drawn to the aroma created by fermentation, making apple cider vinegar an effective tool. Heating the apple cider vinegar enhances its effectiveness by intensifying the scent.
To create this trap, you’ll need a jar, a piece of paper rolled into a funnel shape, 12 cl of apple cider vinegar, a few drops of dishwashing detergent, and optionally, a piece of ripe fruit. After heating the apple cider vinegar, pour it into the jar, add the detergent drops to reduce surface tension, and place the funnel in the jar with a hole at the bottom for flies to enter. Once inside, the flies won’t be able to escape and will drown. If needed, you can place the jar in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Another trap involves ripe fruit, stretch film, a jar, a toothpick, and soapy water. Put the fruit in the jar, cover it with stretch film pierced by a toothpick, and strategically place it in the house. Flies will enter through the holes but won’t be able to escape. Finally, immerse the jar filled with flies in hot water and soap for 10 minutes.
Two additional effective methods include using red wine
Leave a small amount at the bottom of a wine bottle to serve as a trap, collecting flies as they drown in the remaining wine.

Alternatively, you can place wine in a container and cover it with stretch film that has holes.
For a more traditional approach, consider the method used by grandmothers. You’ll need 50 cl of milk, 100 grams of brown sugar, and 50 grams of ground black pepper. Combine the pepper, milk, and sugar in a saucepan, letting them simmer for 10 minutes. Afterwards, pour the mixture into shallow plates and distribute them throughout the house.
Attracted by the mixture, the flies will become trapped and drown in the solution. To enhance its efficacy, consider adding one or two drops of dishwashing liquid to prevent flies from escaping the surface.
Now, you can choose from these tricks to combat the flies around your house and witness their effectiveness firsthand.
